We went to family for a month. I have two small children. Age 3 and 1 year. I rock her to sleep as part of our daily routine. And the visiting family didn't want to be left without a rocking chair, so they bought it. This is a very nice little chair. Ideal in a small space. But for long-term motion sickness in children, it's just not comfortable enough. And it creaks. I personally advise against buying this rocking chair in the children's room. But for a little accent, an armchair would be ideal as a decoration. Just not suitable for rocking babies for more than 10 minutes.
