Did NOT purchase this product at first due to the low reviews. Instead, I bought Tell Bell. Check out my Tell Bell review and you will understand why I bought this product after all. Based on some of these reviews I bought this product (call) plus the "extra" paw pad. When I received the package, THIS item came with both the pillow and the bell box. So, I have an extra paw. It's good. Better than not getting both parts. Just using common sense (click and reward) to teach my 11 month old 40lb box mix to touch the pad to enjoy on the other side of the glass door, she learned less than that. hour. It's easy for her to figure out how it works. The pad is big enough for her paw, she doesn't repel it when she touches it, she has rubber feet to keep it in place. it was sunday It's Tuesday and she's already called three times tonight wanting to go outside (to see a kitten, but we'll keep working on why we should go outside). Some reviews complained that the paws stopped working after a few years. If this lasts 2 years and helps me teach my dog to tell us when he wants to go outside, I'm fine with that. The average 3 star rating is misleading, especially when compared to other products.
