Pros: - Cheap cube with pretty cool colors and patterns. That was a big advantage for me. Wiz Dice's customer service was pretty good on Facebook. The dice are visibly old and worn, with dull surfaces, scuffs, etc. - Wiz Dice's email customer service was haphazard and left a bad taste in my mouth after initially making me happy. Long story short I got them and tested them because I saw that some others were having issues while other people seemed to have great sets! I was one of those who got a lot of old and ugly cubes and almost 1/3 of them were so defective that they couldn't be turned in as planned. I contacted through Facebook and got a lot of help but was later redirected to email cs@brybelly.com which I did. The woman I spoke to immediately informed me that my replacement bones were on the way. When the bones arrived I was missing one of the replacement sets and over half the replacement bones were as bad or WORSE than they were. I wanted to replace. Many had the same old, worn, shabby look. I received ONE grand total that looked shiny and new and beautiful. After contacting the same woman I emailed the first time and detailing my concerns, I received no response. I understand that it's impossible to ensure every cube is absolutely perfect, but the replacement parts I received show that no one even looked at the damn things to see if they looked screwed up. You could at least benefit from having some players working there who select dice to ship. Finally, the customer service was great at first and then gradually deteriorated and I felt like they didn't care. . This tells me everything I need to know about whether or not I will buy Wiz Dice in the future. I think I'll just deal with these ugly, deformed, unbalanced dice instead of handing them out to new players like I should.
