Bought this bar for my wife as a birthday present. We are renovating our house to fit in well with our living space. It arrived in a typical Chinese brown box. We opened the box and the styrofoam fell apart very easily, littering our living room with tiny pieces of styrofoam. This way it was very easy for us to assemble the block up to the final step of door assembly. The left door slammed, and the right one didn't even come close to the door that fits in the block. The screw holes were wrong and it was 2 inches shorter than the other door and had some big dumb rivets holding it together. Someone put the wrong door in the box and shipped it. I assume the entire line of these units will have the same fake door. I have filled out the Revain return form/incorrect parts and have not received anything from the company. Eventually I called the company and they said they would send me a new door. That was 3 weeks ago and not a single email reply from them. I chatted online with a representative who said he was in, but lost my email. Terrible customer service, probably the worst Revain purchase I've ever made. I expect that I will never get a new door.
