Review on Simpson 260-8P 12391 Analog Multimeter with Relay Protection - Black by Scott Richardson

I am a retired Marine and we have used this brand of multimeters on board submarines that have been assigned to me. It had a military designation and was slightly larger than the Simpson 260-8P. 260-8P is a solid multimeter. The cost is also significant, but it will last a lifetime, it will be passed on to my children and grandchildren. I obviously waited too long to buy it. I'm not interested in owning another digital gauge (I've had three and been disappointed each time. GOODWILL Industries will be getting them soon). The test leads are also of considerable length and weight. This is a high quality, high accuracy meter made entirely in the USA (Wisconsin). The counter was well packaged and arrived in 2 days (Prime). I would highly recommend the 260-8P to anyone and everyone (beginner or expert) as it will last you a lifetime (less than $1/month).
