Pros: NO Cons: Very weak, parts don't fit properly, uses thinner and softer wire than the first one I bought. Shelf bracket complete, others didn't go further than halfway, even with a light tap with a rubber mallet, which made assembly very difficult! The wire used was already bent and warped to the right of the box near each corner and even the pulleys were very flimsy. compared to the first device I bought. Conclusion: I tried to contact the seller, but there is no way to do it on his side, unlike most other sellers. I expect this unit will fall apart and being very flimsy I don't think it will support even half the weight stated in the description. I would have sent it back but I had already started assembling it and unlike other frames it wasn't an option to dismantle. Avoid this and look elsewhere.
