Review on Nonstick Durable Ceramic Coating Cookware by Kenneth Cotton

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Gotham Steel is the worst nonstick I've ever had.

If I could give this product zero stars, I would! Worked well the first 3 times, after that the food sticks to the pan even when I use a reasonable amount of oil. As you can see from the attached photos, even with butter, the eggs stick to the pan! I thought I received a defective product so I called Gotham Steel customer service to have the pan replaced as it was supposed to have at least a 6 month warranty. Customer service was rude and abrupt with me, in the end there is NO guarantee on this pan and the only recommendation was that I buy a new one? This product must have some kind of chemical or coating that will wear off after a few uses because after three uses and washes it just won't work. At the same time I bought a copper pan and it really works. I've used it multiple times over the course of about 5 months and it never sticks. I don't know what the crafting difference is between the Copper and Gotham Pans, but the bottom line is that Copper and Gotham Steel Pans don't work!
