exactly as advertised. Doesn't come with step by step instructions although it's not that difficult to understand, either screw it into studs in the wall or ceiling or buy drywall. Anchor. I installed it myself, but I would recommend 2 people to install it, it was a very difficult job for one person. 4 stars because there are smudges on the screen that appear to be a factory defect, it has not been removed. It's not noticeable when you're actually looking at something. Also, the remote uses one of those weird little batteries, smaller than AAA, that nobody really has on hand (though they're included). If you mount it on the ceiling, the power cord may not reach the outlet, a small extension cord had to be used.
