I'd say whatever size you usually wear, order one size up because they run a bit tight if you order your normal size because they're spandex I once ordered the small and it fit too tight and there was no room to breathe so I ordered a size up which is medium and fits perfectly, the length is perfect and it hugs my biceps and excellent material
