I needed a 3 hole punch for medical records, I have 3 ring binders with holes at the top of the page. Perforators designed for this are usually expensive. So I was excited to see this reputable brand at such a good price. But you know what they say about the price - you get what you pay for. The set screws are pretty tight, almost too tight. One side was properly aligned and tightened. Another screw. broke when trying to tighten it back into position. That is, the head immediately began to spin. I thought about writing a complaint and sending it back, but I didn't want to wait an extra week for the consequences, so I committed to correcting it. I used epoxy to hold the hole punch in place. Now it's not fixed, but it works. Another problem is that the punch does not pierce the paper. None of the three will cut holes. Basically they punch out the outline of the hole that pops out when I put the paper in the binder.
