The brush has much softer and more flexible bristles than standard brushes and works well for cleaning delicate items. Others criticize that the bristles are TOO soft and flexible, causing them to stick to the object being vacuumed and the plastic edge of the brush hitting the object and possibly damaging it. This is sort of a necessary consequence of the soft/flexible bristles, so it can be counteracted by reducing the suction power of the vacuum cleaner; Depending on the make/type, this means either letting air in through the side vent on your wand (fairly common) or reducing the vacuum's suction power. If you do this with moderate care, the brush will not get sucked in and you will get a very good cleaning effect.
