Such things often seem like ridiculous excesses, and at first glance it seems like this one falls into that category. However, I have several audio devices (synths, mixers, MIDI controllers, etc.) that gather dust pretty quickly. I think electronic devices tend to attract dust. In the past I've mostly used compressed air for cleaning, but I've always been very cautious and concerned that air could blow dust into equipment or that air pressure could damage sensitive components. This cleaning brush proved to be the perfect solution. The rubberized end is very effective at removing dust from hard-to-reach crevices, while the brush end does the rest. The brush keeps its bristles intact unlike others I've tried. I haven't seen anyone come out yet. The end of the brush is retractable and the rubberized end has a cap that fits so tightly you don't have to worry about it coming loose or losing it. a small investment compared to replacing a gearbox that has failed due to dust clogging and overheating.
