If compared objectively, it was 9590 similar to a v8 engine with a turbine and the same v6 engine without a turbine. I disabled turbo boost for the same reason I didn't overclock since the motherboard won't allow it in terms of power. However, there are significant advantages: Does not heat up quickly or efficiently (when used with cooler master v8 ver.2). You cannot even turn it off after having it on, sitting, or playing. The computer no longer overheats, you can use fewer fans and turn off the ones that are still running at half power, and the room is now quieter. The cost of electricity has decreased.
