This is a problem. As for products like lice combs, which are very contagious to begin with, I expect at least brand new or somewhat sealed items. I received combs that were obviously used, one had what appeared to be a bug and the other had a strand of black hair. Absolutely unbelievable and disgusting. I stock up on combs as a mom of three, all three are in elementary school, winter is the worst time for head lice in my area, love to be prepared. I'm so scared to order anything from Amazon right now because who knows who might have used it before I got it!
