Not good. Track was good

The track was just what I needed; however, I needed another set of rollers in my application. There was no contact information for me to order 2 more rollers. I ended up having to order 4 replacement rollers. Not good. Track was good, customer service very poor.

Pros

Product as advertised withgood quality and easy to install. Overall, great function, fashion and value.

Cons

The weight of the door can be problematic for the track, causing it to sag and potentially damage the ceiling
