I worked at MNGD for about 10 years as an Associate Attorney (and now Senior Counsel). It was never boring there! In fact it seemed like every day we were learning something new or working with interesting cases that kept us engaged all year long - which made my workday feel much more productive than most firms where you just do your job over again each week/month without any sense of accomplishment after awhile. There are many benefits but here they include diversity across practice areas; highly skilled attorneys who take pride in their craftsmanship; great support staff both inside our office building near downtown Seattle AND outside too through community service programs such as Big Brothers / Sisters program.; opportunity to build strong relationships with other professionals within this industry via social events hosted throughout the city by various departments including Legal Affairs Committee meetings etc., networking opportunities provided during lunchtime seminars offered regularly internally between different groups e.g.: HR vs Finance department meeting discussions; weekly happy hour gatherings sponsored either out side OR held INSIDE offices I like that they are very proactive - we had an issue with our water heater this past year (it was leaking) and they did not hesitate at all to come out after hours so as not to miss any work. They also have great customer service reps who can help you navigate through whatever issues or questions may arise. We used them for mediation/arbitration but they were unable to resolve it.
