Hard to see the buttons on the fly when you want to mute the volume or turn it up or down during a call. Unless your office is very bright. I work from home and mine doesn't. Charges and charges and turns off after a few minutes. I think there is a timeout function. I plug it into my laptop for a call a few minutes before the call and when people start talking it's off. Then I can't reconnect in a reasonable amount of time. So embarrassing. It could have been smaller/more compact - I think they were trying to imitate Polycomm speakers from the 1990's. But these speakers had high functionality, not just looks. It seems to work very well with my mobile phone, but not with the PC. General. I don't do conference calls on my phone, I do them via Zoom on my company laptop. I would like to return it, but it's too late.
