I ordered a habitat for butterflies for the house, I'm a teacher and I have it at school, but with quarantine I can get it in addition. This habitat is poor. The tip only opens 1/2 of the zipper which is inconvenient when placing the doll or feeding. Very little freedom of movement. I also had to order all other necessary parts for an extra charge! Nothing happens! Even worse. When I received the caterpillars, three of them were dead and two had pupated in less than 24 hours. Don't let my kids watch the caterpillars grow, eat and move! Only one of the two was actually attached and fell off within a day of shipping. I have contacted insect experts but have received no response. I have had other Caterpillar services in my class with great success! This product is less than mediocre and has a customer service team that doesn't exist and/or clearly doesn't care! Needless to say my kids are very disappointed as is me! DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT TO ORDER YOUR TRACKS!
