The first impression was that it looks damn small. The blue is darker than in the picture. It looked doubtful that it was even created for an adult's mouth (the label says it is). I put it in boiling water and after a few seconds it was in my mouth. In fact, it works for both tops and bottoms. I still wear it to sparring with no issues. The only downside is that you can't speak clearly with the braces on, but I think that would be a problem with any double mouthguard. Love how you can breathe through the big gap in the middle while keeping your mouth closed. This is important in boxing because when you're tired and breathing through your mouth you risk breaking your jaw if hit hard.
