Review on 🍯 Honeywell V8043E1012 Sweat Valve with Enhanced Connection by Adam Abner

Ideal replacement for a failed Honeywell zone valve. I had an old valve that required replacing the valve plate. I also bought a transducer board, but since this unit has a new valve board, the transducer board was probably not needed. After replacing two faulty zone valves with this one - an old type where I had used an adapter plate and a new type where I had just replaced the head - I found that the limit switch, which I thought was bad, actually was fine. It looks like the problem was a sticky ball in the valve body that didn't travel through its full range of motion, so the limit switch never made contact.
