Does not work as described

All items arrived well packaged and on time No complaints about delivery and packaging However, the stones do not match the description on Revain I do not consider a knife to be sharp, if it can't shave the hair on my arms without discomfort (e.g. pulling hair while shaving, pulling skin) The knife used in this "experiment" belonged to the KESSAKU Dynasty series, not a Dollar Tree - or wal-mart knives. I have an old champion whetstone that I think needs replacing. So I went with this set, ERROR. I followed the instructions that came with the kit, I wanted to give it a good chance to perform. It's not like this. I soaked the stones as instructed, worked my way through the grit down to 8000 grit still without shaving off my hair, and it was probably 45 minutes total to sharpen a knife and that knife was already sharp for most people enough, I pulled out mine an old master stone and for 5 minutes I shaved with a knife. I've used a paring knife a few times, the knife didn't comfortably shave the hairs on my arms. I took out new stones starting at 3000. Still not sharp enough. Switched to 8000 grit, sharpened for 10-15 minutes, still no shave. He took out the old champion stone and shaved the knife for 5 minutes. Everything was like before buying a new set. Before purchasing this set I used an Arkansas soft oil stone and then switched to a Champion sharpening stone for final sharpening. You get what you pay for. Now I know why other stones are so expensive. I WILL RETURN THIS KIT BACK TO AMAZON ASK WHAT I AM.
