VERY EFFICIENT best in my review
This mandolin is very easy to use and very sharp. I like the feet that allow you to raise it up a bit. The only down side is it is difficult to tell the adjustment on the straight slice. Still it is very good and I would buy it again.
Pros
- This is a good slicer. Use it for cutting vegetables for canning and it works great!
Cons
- The safety gloves may not fit all hand sizes.
