I like this switch, the parts and assembly are solid and reliable. The contactors are designed for the load. BUT. I removed the handle and bezels to install on my project door and the handle's key began to slip and one of the lock washers slipped off center. I moved the key back a little to set it, and just like that, "snakes in a jar" flew around the room in all directions with about 15 springs, contactors, and bits of metal. It was so shocking and hilarious that I didn't even get angry. I wouldn't even try to put it back together as it's an essential piece of hardware to turn my lathe on and off and rotate. I have ordered another one but it would certainly be useful to know. Just a piece of tape on each side before you unscrew anything and my lathe works now. This is a great product, perfect for reversing, the lag just sucks. just be warned!
