Review on Camco 39623 Revolution 10' Sewer Hose Extension - Heavy Duty Design with Pre-Attached Swivel Lug and Bayonet Fittings: Easy to Use, Compresses for Simple Storage by Anthony Cayton

First of all I can't help but wonder why some of the reviews here are clearly not related to the product shown. Second, almost all travel trailers have a 4 inch bumper that stores hoses, including mine. I wanted to store an extra hose so I clamped a length of 4" hose under the bumper and bought a length of Thetford Titanium hose. Lightweight, lightweight, fitted well and the flared end of the line was large enough to accommodate the female end. While cleaning my original hose (flexible Rhino) I broke one of the ends. No big deal, it was pretty old anyway so I decided to get 2 more 10ft sections to tuck in the bumper. Better to have and not need than to need and not have. I ordered two of these from Camco BUT THEY WILL NOT FIT THE BUMPER! Yes Rhino Flex will fit, yes Thetford will fit, but Camco will not. Not even close. The female end was too big. It has flat points to guide it, but it was 1/8 inch larger than other brands. Company. Next time I'll stick with one of the other manufacturers and probably won't buy anything else from Camco. I mean it should be easy. How bad can they mess up something more complex?
