I like that it makes our process much simpler than other solutions we considered for this type of thing - but what i dislike is how slow they are at responding sometimes (3 months).
They also have an older version which doesn't support GCP natively unless you shell out $$$$ or rely heavily upon their legacy product called Zuul. So far haven’t had any issues using them directly though since most problems can easily solved via API calls anyway. We needed help maintaining production CI/CD pipeline and setting automated tests along side manual testing through JIRA tickets; before we did not know where all this stuff was coming from when things went down!
