Review on Lippert Components 806621 Thin Shade Black Window Kit - Complete for RV Entry Doors by Shah Moser

So I bought this to keep the sun off my small RV and wake up in the morning. However, I have a feeling it will do a good job with that. First of all I don't feel like it's very secure, it doesn't have any screws holding it in place, just small handles. Second, I would recommend putting a sealer on an outside edge not mentioned by the manufacturer. Third and most importantly, for heaven's sake, the manufacturer doesn't ship it assembled where the little clips are already plugged in, I almost broke the thing, disassembled it to put it back together. This is a pretty ignorant shipping method. The little plastic guides I attached in the photo loosen the latches holding this thing together terribly. Throw the guide straight into the trash, it doesn't even mention how to disassemble it to start the installation. Watch the video on YouTube. All in all it does the job, I only had it for a few minutes. I will update as we travel. Just be patient as you unpack and begin installation. Keep some external epoxy handy.
