The phone arrived on time and looked good. It has been fully unlocked and successfully configured to work with Straight Talk. The phone was given to my daughter. However, immediately after installation, it was difficult to hear the conversation on the receiver. I had to turn on the speaker. At first I thought it was just operator error. A few weeks later, my daughter calls and says she's buying bluetooth headphones because she still can't hear conversations without using the speaker. The rest of the phone worked great. I called the seller and explained the situation. They happily sent a return label and said they would send a refund. I give the phone a 3 star rating, customer service and an extra star rating.
