Food will now stick to the pan after using
I had to re-season the pan. I cleaned it thoroughly and used it in place of Crisco to give the pan a light coat. Like my grandmother and mother, I put it in the oven for an hour. After it cooled, I took it out of the oven. There was a large amount of this product in the corner of the pan. When I try to gently wipe it off, the paper towel sticks in place. Also, it felt sticky now. I'll get back to cleaning, but this time using Crisco, which never made the pan sticky.
