Since installing the MAF sensor I have noticed a significant improvement in throttle response on my 2015 Silverado. I have a 4.3L EcoTec V6 with a cold air intake, Diablo tuner, Jet Performance low temp thermostat and now a Jet Performance Powr-Flo mass airflow sensor. Aside from installing an aftermarket exhaust, those are pretty much all the positives I've found for my pickup. All of the components I mentioned earlier work very well together. The 4.3-liter V6 in my 2015 car works with a 5.3-liter V8 with the same add-ons as in my 2001 Silverado. Keeping my foot on the gas has increased my combined fuel economy from 20.5mpg to 21.8mpg over the last 500 miles.
