A couple of points. A spring compressor is not required at all. You may want to pull the ABS sensor clamp off the frame on either side, but compressing the spring is not necessary. Once you lower the shocks, the axle dangles enough to accommodate the springs. My big problem was that one of my bags wouldn't detach from the chassis. There's a locking tab that keeps it in place, but mine still gets stuck. I've done a lot of horrible things with this bag but ended up throwing up with a pneumatic chisel. The other was a fast turn and went straight. The ride height is perfect. I had another Envoy in my driveway and they came out a 1/4" size. The ride is great. It feels a little firmer, a little more connected to the road. If those springs become an issue, I'll come go back and edit it.
