Also works in pressure cookers!

Used in my new RV instant pot and made a 4lb brisket. The bag is holding up great! I put the pan in a bag and put all the ingredients in the bag. I loosely capped it in the pressure cooker and set it for 75 minutes. The brisket came out amazing with no cleaning. One caveat: when I lifted the neck pouch, the wire stand punched a small hole in the pouch. Next time I'll line the bottom of the rack with foil to fix this problem.
