Review on Fairfield Poly Fil Micro Beads 20 Ounce by Carol Miller

These beads worked exactly as I planned. I stuffed a laptop pillow that was getting thin. I only give four stars because of the size. I knew they were small from other reviews but I see no need to make them that small so I just "liked" them not "loved". Static is a big factor when working with these beads. I used a trick we women know: nylon hairspray keeps the dress from sticking to the legs. I sprayed a piece of paper with hairspray and then folded it into a funnel. It worked like a charm! Of course, this only applies to the balls that fall into the funnel. LOL I put my project in a box so all the beads that didn't fall into the hopper collapsed in one place. so less waste. The beads are perfect for my project. The laptop cushion is a bead-filled fabric base that conforms to the shape of my feet. I followed the advice in the reviews to sew the seam tight. Good advice! These beads would definitely fall through the stitching that was already on the pillow.
