To be honest I really really wanted to like this product and based on the reviews I was glad to get it because I dreamed of a day when my kids wouldn't cry, who can hold an iPad while driving. The product I received was pretty basic and I thought "So far so good!". Where does it go when I tried to install it in my car? I noticed that one of the screws was loose, but I didn't pay much attention to it. When I finally took a closer look I noticed that the screw was broken which defeats the entire purpose of the product as it rattles and falls off the headrest at the slightest movement. As much as I love the idea, even if I got one that wasn't broken, I could see that with daily use it breaks easily, as someone said in another review. Again, I'm pretty sure this would have been a great product, but the one I received was defective. I just want to move or replace the screw, but it's attached to the entire headrest.
