They look like detachable collars but are not (and the description explains they are not). They are difficult to open even if you press the tabs. They're inexpensive and cute. They have some roughness inside and no lining. I would not recommend them for kittens or active cats. And certainly not for cats that go outside. They are best suited for very sedentary cats (as long as you are sure they are not choking). Preferably for small dogs. The colors are bright. They are very affordable.
