A very handy item for your emergency kit.

Here in hurricane country, these clamps serve a very important purpose. They are used to prevent wind and rain from damaging items that need to be covered with a tarpaulin. Since gas generators MUST be used outdoors, I use clamps and a tarp to keep the generator dry but safe to use. Best used with bungee cords and/or nylon cord.
