Cute but loose around the legs

This is a cute and comfortable tennis skirt but is a little loose around the legs. I feel nervous holding the balls there in fear they will drop out.

Pros

Perfect skirt For the summer. Flattering. I get compliments every time I wear it.

Cons

The shorts underneath are too tight and restrictive, causing discomfort

I actually bought this for a theater production I was in. It worked out great because it fit nicely under another skirt to make costume changes easier. The elastic waist is comfortable and forgiving. The price and speedy delivery were great.
