Relaxing experience, easy to book reservations and fantastic customer service

I like that we can do everything from guest checkins/checkouts right through reservation system all by computer without any staff at my front desk! It has been great not having so many people around anymore (staff) but it does take some time getting used too because you don't use your hands as much now either if they are off of their computers or phones etc.. You also get very little interaction when asking questions about things which is quite strange sometimes considering how friendly everyone seems online before booking anyway!! There's nothing i dislike really unless im just being silly haha - maybe more options could be added within each section? Maybe an option would work well where guests have 2 choices depending what category hotel room type / area location ebcctually?? Wouldnt need this feature necessarily since its already there though hahaha.

  • Easy enough access with no long wait times.
  • Very helpful customer service team via email, text message & social media messaging platforms such google hangout messages lotsa variety in termsof choice between 3rd party vendors offering services including our own brand
  • Great support systems both internal + external
