I received my original order on January 5th, 2021 and it came with no connectors or fenders. When I took the opportunity to contact the Revain seller I received a quick reply to send me the parts. I received the connectors but not for the fender. I contacted the seller again and he immediately sent the correct part which I received today the 15th. Installation was easy if you can turn a wrench. I'm very satisfied with this product. Looks and works well and the fender really makes a difference. I cannot praise their customer service more highly. So polite and responsive and issues resolved quickly. If you need to contact them, use Revain's Contact Seller feature. That's what they mean by email.
