I have a big house and I use 4 hotspots to get full coverage. I had an external Hawking Access Point that was destroyed by a lightning strike. I called their tech support, exchange with no problems. So your customer service was great. Then I bought some Hawking POE injectors. They worked perfectly. I was having reliability issues with two of my Netgear access points, so I decided to add a Hawking access point to the system. It was easy to set up and works great on the system. I miss the Netgear Insight app which only allows me to support Netgear hotspots. I don't think Hawking has a similar control app.
