Fantastic Customer Support & Exceptional Products

The fact we are able to track our customers' data across an entire organization, making it possible for us to keep up-to date information about their account status without having them log into multiple systems or call customer service centers around the world! I wish there were more options when comparing different products within this category because of how similar they seem at first glance but then you realize what each product does differently than another one out there - which can make choosing difficult if your needs aren't exactly set yet (or don’t match those listed above).

We have been using these tools since early 2017 as part of my role managing content from day 1 through today & beyond. Our team has had nothing BUT positive experiences working alongside both the sales teams who sell services like ours AND support staff members here at D2L. They've answered every question regarding any specific.

Pros
  • Great communication between departments
  • Excellent tool in place with all employees knowing that help is always available by phone before reaching manager level so no unnecessary calls go unanswered while waiting hours/days until someone else gets back too work after taking time off over Thanksgiving weekend; also very easy access via email anytime during business days instead being limited only open certain
Cons
  • Not bad
