Bought for my son who thinks seat belts are a necessary evil. He always felt like his harness was trying to cut through his skin, so he placed both pads on the harness' chest piece. He said he felt like he hadn't been harnessed at all. This worried me at first, as I thought that buckling both at the same time might reduce the effectiveness of the seat belt. A short tear test at 30 km/h proved the opposite to me. Product with good value for money, ACES!
