This is probably the smallest two-wheel scooter you can buy. I got this for my oldest son who just turned 7 years old. I had to adjust the bar height to the longest setting and honestly, it looks like he's going to outgrow the scooter really soon.Some additional observations:- The scooter doesn't have a kickstand like many other scooters. This is a huge annoyance.- The handlebar swing around without much friction, which tends to cause the scooter to swing around and hit you when you lift the scooter.- The wheels light up but they're not too bright so they're harder to see when it's very bright outside. Looks great at night though.Overall I recommend the scooter. It's a great price and although it's not perfect it's a good scooter to have when transitioning from a 3-wheeled scooter.
