Absolute disrespect for the customer
The seller sent me something that doesn't even appear to be a bike part. Looks like a chainsaw part or something. Now I'm here in Brazil and need to figure out how to send it to him to get a refund. This is unacceptable, especially as I rely on it to be able to ride my bike (which I won't be without). I feel disrespected and expect the seller to send me the genuine redeemed part immediately and via the fastest route (Fedex I believe) at no cost to me.
