The reason I gave it at least 50/50 is due to the possibility of other issues with the inspiron that got me stuck. Pros: Made by Dell, cost, shipping Cons: Doesn't work 50% of the time. This is the 3rd time in 2 years that I have had to buy a new power cord and the problem persists. The adapter has plenty of wiggle room whenever I move my laptop. Even after a few centimetres, it no longer loads. Sometimes it takes 5-7 minutes before I can put the cable/laptop in the same charging position. (until the cat touches him). It could be an internal bug of the port, but not according to the geeks or the time of delivery. It could be the battery, but again no more than 4 service visits.
