Review on Kan Jam Illuminate Glow Game by James Khalifa

Revainrating 1 out of 5

EXPENSIVE AND CHEAP QUALITY

Somewhat disappointed with the quality of this product. I should have listened to the bad reviews. I ordered a set with multicolored lighting. Jars are not cans but 2 sheets of hard plastic that need to be folded into a cylinder shape and secured with hard plastic tabs. The lights are decent quality and work well so far, make sure you have 6 AAA batteries for them. We've found that if you point the remote at each light individually, you can make the remote glow differently. Good quality frisbee, only the built-in light source is terrible. It took me an hour to get the light working (twist the cap in the middle) and it barely lights the frisbee for night play. It's a fun game overall, but I didn't realize that this particular set was worth nearly $60. Edit: After playing our first game at night I felt the need to update my review. The Frisbee really does glow better than it did at the start. The problem is that the small fiber optic cables that run outwards from the center light keep failing. A quick fix with super glue fixed them and now they shine a lot better. Due to the difficulty in getting everything to work, I'm leaving this rating at 3 stars.
