Mushroom dowels are a good solution for nailing or screwing a motorcycle tire (and probably other types of tires too). This kit works well but definitely requires careful reading of the instructions and maybe even a dry run. It will be limited to a certain class of punctures, but that's to be expected. I think the screw insert is preferable to the rivet gun of other similar products. The 6 plugs that come with the kit are sufficient for my purposes and this kit is easy to pack up and use for emergency repairs on the go (if you have an air source). No complaints.
