Brand new, fully charged, won't turn on. The battery shows 100%. Every time I press the power button, the battery life decreases. However, the vacuum never turns on. You cannot simply rotate the container to access your filter. It looks like the part is glued. I have been asked to check the part to make sure they are seated correctly. Cam doesn't pull the battery out either. I'm waiting for a response from the seller and will update the rating. Looks like a pretty cool vacuum cleaner, but not needed if it's not working.
