If I could give zero stars, I would. First, the reviews are clearly about a different product. The instructions state that when connected to the charger, 4 small white lights will light up and when it is fully charged they will all light up. None of these little bulbs ever worked and now I have 4 pairs of them. It says that after charging, you turn on the socks and select the heating level. The button should change color depending on the heat level. The button stays blue and the socks never get warm. This also happens with all 4 pairs. Either the direction is wrong or these socks are a complete scam. Either way, we can't get them to work. Needless to say I will be back and will order a different brand. It was a Christmas present for my sons to go skiing and it was a big disappointment.
