Review on Bluebonnet Nutrition Super Earth Organic Veggie Protein Powder Chocolate Review: 16 Ounce Powerhouse by Dana Lynn

Dense and satisfying low-calorie protein.

Media could not be loaded. It's one of the lowest calorie proteins I've ever had, only 125 calories per serving. I also like the low sugar content of just 1.5 grams and the low fat content of 2.5 grams. I usually drink this type of protein when I feel my weight gaining dramatically. I have to warn about taste in general and chocolate in particular. If you haven't tried vegan protein but have had regular protein, you may be a bit overwhelmed by the taste of this drink and may not like its chalky taste. In general, this is the hallmark of all vegan proteins. It must either be loved or understood and taught. In principle, there is nothing wrong with that. I didn't like it at first. And now I even sometimes want to feel that taste as well as the density in which these proteins differ, and that's why I try new samples regularly and there are always a few varieties in my bar in the range. It doesn't taste as good as a regular protein shake. As for this cocktail and its taste, there is practically no other disappointment from the chocolate flavor. Rather, it is a very weak, well-diluted cocoa, not sweet and slightly bitter. But on the other hand, you don't get any added sugar, and that's very important. As I said, this protein shake is quite thick, especially when you mix it with some kind of milk. I also like that this smoothie makes me feel full and full. Vegan protein shaker doesn't mix well so I try to use a blender whenever possible. In a blender, the protein mixes very well with liquid of any temperature, both homemade and chilled. Do sports and be healthy!
