Broke in 60 seconds

I ordered them to install a mirror that only mounts vertically, I wanted it to be horizontal. My mirror is heavy, but not so heavy that I can't lift it myself. I had one side up and was trying to adjust the other side when the wire was completely off the hook. Luckily, I managed to catch the $400 mirror before it hit the ground, even though it damaged my drywall. This can work for very light items, but if you have anything over a few pounds stay away.
